Mas afinal como é que se faz para bootar a partição do BootCamp através do Parallels? Já tentei várias vezes, e pede-me sempre o CD de instalação ou começa a criar um disco virtual!

Foi logo a primeira coisa que fiz. O problema é que o Parallels não parece ter uma opção própria para bootar da partição do BootCamp.
Se alguém puder ajudar...
Concordo plenamente, o CrossOver pode dizer adeus! O modo coerente é algo que não estava a espera. Acho que tirando a consolidação destas novas opções, a única coisa que falta é um pequeno suporte opengl no GuestOS. Parallels têm evoluido muito e depressa, só me vêjo agora a por o bootcamp para correr o parallels a partir dessa partição, mas mesmo assim ainda estou a considerar quais serão as vantagens.Permitir alterar o tamanho da janela da máquina virtual com ajuste automatico da resolução do windows é muito bom. O modo coerente também dá jeito mas ainda falta dar lhe uns tweaks. Creio que o Cross Over vai dar uma volta ao bilhar grande.
Resumindo, comparar o Parallels com o VMware é como comparar um Ferrari com um Golf.
O coherency mode parece-me excelente ideia. É daquelas coisas que se for bem implementado, pode vende muitas copias do software.
Em relação ao drag & drop e resize, a primeira beta do Vmware fusion já tem isso.
Uma duvida, esta beta já inclui suporte SMP para VM?
Não tenho estado muito por dentro do desenvolvimento do Parallels.
