As duas últimas imagens estão muito boas. Bem agradáveis. Valem mais que os pormenores técnicos.

A primeira nem por isso. A mão e arma estão um bocado fracas.

E as fotos continuam a ser de resoluções superiores à consola.

Mesmo assim o jogo tem melhorado.

Hi everyone,

This is Marie-Sol from the Red Steel development team! I want to take this opportunity today to give you different news and updates about our game.

As you can imagine, we are in a very busy period of time for quite a few weeks now. We're focused on polishing the game and controls, debugging and also finalizing the multiplayer modes of Red Steel that we will reveal soon.

In August, we were excited to attend the Game Convention in Leipzig. In fact, even if we could not present a new version of the game vs. E3 at that time, it was the first time we could present the game massively to Europe. The feedback we received during the show was very enthusiastic and a big source of motivation for the team!

More recently we have been part of the worldwide Nintendo events, in New York, London and Tokyo. We were very proud to finally reveal first maps of the game! If you’ve seen the last video we put on the Net at the same time, this will give you an idea of what’s to come.

Now, these days, play testing and pizza are our main daily and nightly tasks. But it’s worth it. Especially when we see the results. We think we’ve succeeded in getting impressive visuals and effects that you will also discover through the whole game, such as traditional Japanese houses, impressive bamboo forest, and very nice weather effects … I don't want to reveal too much on what happens there but I'm sure you'll like it too!

Jogos informáticos franceses é que não foi
Erm.. ao dizer que o jogo é ripoff do Kill Bill está subentendido que o Kill Bill define um estilo.. o que não é verdade.
O Kill Bill é que foi inspirado nos filmes de acção japoneses, assim como o Red Steel.
Ambos abrangem o mesmo tema (japão e yakuza) logo, é natural que ambos tenham semelhanças.
 
Eu não disse que o jogo é um rip off do Kill Bill

Disse que o grafismo da capa é muito parecido com o grafismo do Kill Bill

O próprio Kill Bill tem mais história que a parte do Japão (apesar de ser para mim a parte mais interessante)

We spent a whole day playing a brand new version of the game.

The most important improvements as far as we're concerned come in the form of vastly improved controls, partly due to the new controllers, which feature extremely accurate pointing devices and refined sensor bars. Mostly though its mainly down to hard work.

Red Steel now plays extremely well.

Destructable environments , push remote towards the screen to zoom. Gesture to defeated enemies to direct them they are free to go.


With mere months to go, the dev team are determined to keep some aspects of the game secret.

Split screen works very well.

The team couldn't resist showing us the new graphics, red steel team has started to implement some fantastic new effects. Anyone who's watched red steel footage in action should forget what they've seen so far. You'll have to trust us that the new stuff we've seen is truly amazing. We were treated to 3 areas and they all looked stunning. A red steel video has shown some truly unbelievable character animations. The traditional dojo at night, shows that the wii can thrown special effects around like there's no tommorrow. There's a lightning storm outside and the rain is pouring down so hard that little rivers are running down the wooden pillars.

It's a little bit like RE4's village area only far more impressive. Meanwhile waterlogged passages ;eve; demonstrates the potential of the wii as far as textures and atmosphere are reminiscent of RE4. You're exploring a claustrophobic network of passages with water all around you.

Finally in one stage you have to escape a burning dojo and we're not exaggerating when we say it features the best fire effects we've ever seen.

All these effects will be shown off at their finest because the version of the game we played was in true 16:9 widescreen 480p at 60 frames per second. Ubisoft is achieving some amazing things with the wii hardware and we can't imagine how good wii games are going to look in the future if this kind of quality is achievable on a launch game.

Just as we started wondering whether ubisoft had something to hide, we're pleased to report that the developers silence has been worth it, the near finished version of red steel is delivering on all the promises that ubisoft has made since e3. This is going to be a must have for all action fans.
 
Meus amigos tenho-vos a dizer que já estava entusiasmado com este jogo mas depois de ler o ultimo post com o artigo da ONM digo-vos...TOU COMPLETAMENTE ENTUSIASMADO COM O JOGO!!!

Então é perfeitamente possível

Segundo consta programar para a Wii é como programar uma super GC portanto é natural que coisas excepcionais na GC se tornem comuns na Wii

Alguém jogou Call of Juarez? Tens partes de trovoada bastante impressionantes. Mas nunca joguei RE4 não posso comparar...
 
ja comecei a por dinheiro de lado... Ou melhor ainda, comecei À procura de um emprego (finalmente sou praticamente engenheiro :D). e red steel + wii sports+wii vem ca para casa no sapatito do natal (se arranjar emprego :P)
