Windows Live Messenger 8 [Final]

Not upgrading to the final Windows Live Messenger release until you'll be able to mess with it? We'll tell you how much longer you'll have to be patient:

- We estimate an English-only Mess Patch for Windows Live Messenger 8.0.0787 to become available later today.

- And the release date of Messenger Plus! Live will be officially announced tomorrow (thanks for the tip iNfiNiTy). Patchou has told us the software is completely finished, but the translations and website are still being worked on (that's why it's password protected guys).

(PS: Our free Messenger content installer, CustoMess, still works like a charm)

Ou seja, o Patchou vai anunciar amanha a data de lançamento do Messenger Plus! Live e o patch do mess.be vai estar disponivel ainda hoje em inglês. :)

But wait! Messenger Plus! Live 4.00 is currently under development and it will be fully compatible with Windows Live Messenger (WLM from now on)!

    [*]There is no ETA (Estimated Time of Arrival)! We don't know when will Messenger Plus! Live be released. We just know that it wont be released until WLM is released for general public, that means, when it stops being a beta version. And we dont know when will WLM be released exactly either. So be patient

    [*]Something that you need to understand is that Messenger Plus! Live will be released when it's finished. I know that's kinda obvious, but i want to make it clear that even if WLM is released "officially", it could still take some more time for Messenger Plus! Live to be released.
    [*]Messenger Plus! Live is currently being privately beta tested. Beta testers were chosen not so long ago, when we had the chance to send our information to an email address, saying that we wanted to join the team. As i said, beta testers have already been chosen and there is NO way of joining the team by now (and there will not be).
    [*]The only screenshot available at the moment shows the new-improved Chat Logs, and you can find it HERE (originally posted on this thread by Patchou).

They're actually a virus, not made by Patchou nor CookieRevised, obviously). To prevent something bad happening to your computer, NEVER download Plus! from sites other than the official one (www.msgplus.net, www.msgpluslive.net). When Messenger Plus! Live is launched, it will be available from that site

    [*]Rumours say WLM final (non-beta) will be released to the public end of April, but we haven't been able to confirm this with any trustable source.
    The rumour was actually started by a Microsoft developer who works on WLM. He said it in the WLM beta chat on March 16th:
    Q: [412] when is the next build going to release?
    A: We build every day but the final should be late April - we hope.
    But even what Microsoft's officials say in those beta chats can't always be trusted... at least it's some kind of indication. It could be earlier or later

Finalmente... bah já me mudei pó 8.0 ainda assim espero bem que o Msg Plus Live saia amanha porque isto de ter várias janelas abertas faz-me confusão... estava habituado às tabs que punham isto tudo muito mais organizado... Ms enfim está "bonitinho", rápido a fazer o login, so que as imagens de exibição ou sao muito grandes ou entao só aparecem os icons xD. A opção de falar offline é mesmo o melhor deste msn 8.0 :x2:
 
O Patchou só disse que ia anunciar a data amanhã, não que o ia lançar amanha.
O que já saiu (inclusive funcional no WLM em português europeu) foi o Mess Patch.

Sempre dá para fazer já umas coisinhas. Gostei :D
 
eu nem uso o plus... Se sair uma versão boa logo testo...

Está muito bom o 8, visualmente está muito bem conseguido ;)
