Suporte para DDR2 800, mas os benchs são feitos com 667 4-4-4

Eles têm mais alguns benchs. Pcmark por exemplo
Inicio de Q3. De 1.8 a 2.8/3.0 Ghz.

The Conroe was running at 1067FSB, but the memory was running at 667 (not at 800Mhz which it will be when it launches). The mainboard used in the Intel system was their D975XBK modified (3 Transistors and a trace cut). The boards which will be shipping in the next 2 weeks should all be Conroe compliant.

As far as we could see the systems were fairly setup, but please note these tests were not conducted in the HEXUS labs and are a mere indication of what performance we will see.

These are interesting results for a number of reasons, we are comparing the mid range Conroe CPU against that of the future top of the range FX62. Whilst we know that AMD has Socket AM2 around the corner, and also has DDR2 around the corner we have to say that Intel have a major performance lead. The clock speeds were low and can clearly increase over time, and apparently the CPU scales well (how well, we don't know yet.)
Intel will launch their new parts in Q3 (we believe at the beginning) the entry level parts look to be coming in at around the 1.8GHz and the High end parts will be 2.8/3.0GHz.
Anyone thinking about a high end system if the numbers which we have just reported are even close to what we will see, we have to say just wait - its not going to be long and it will for sure be worth it.
