"The Ministry of Information Technology of Malta has just sent notifications to Maltese Students and teachers regarding their Microsoft Package. Last month, Maltese students and students registered to acquire Microsoft software for just Lm 14 ($42) which originally costs more than $2340. The government of Malta made a deal with Microsoft to promote Information Technology throughout the whole Maltese population.

The special offer which was offered to students and teachers, included the following software:

1. Microsoft Office 2003 Professional
2. Microsoft Encarta 2005 - Reference Edition
3. Microsoft Visual Studio .NET 2003
4. Microsoft Class Server 2.0

Students and teachers can collect their software throught their local post office branches."
