The story takes place in two different time periods, the 1930s and the 2030s. In the earliest section, The Predator finds himself in a small war against a mafia family, and before he is removed from Earth for break his race's rules, his technology is stolen from him. His banishment is to serve 100 years in a barren world that is most likely to kill him. Naturally, the Predator survives, and after 100 years, he is able to return to Earth to hunt within the modest restraints of his race.
