360 'Arcade' Disc Includes Only Demos?
Well, that doesn't make much sense.

Microsoft has slowly been doling out their SKU-reshuffling plans for the holidays. First, we got confirmation of the holiday bundles for the Premium and Elite SKUs to include two games. Comparably, when pictures leaked last week of the yet-to-be-announced Arcade SKU, the box art seemed to indicate it would be coming with five Xbox Live Arcade games: Pac-Man Championship, Uno, Boom-Boom Rocket, Feeding Frenzy, and Luxor 2. Now, it appears the disc might not hold full games at all, but demos of those arcade games.
Wait, what?
Apparently, some retailers have started letting the new SKU hit the streets early -- super early, considering Microsoft hasn't even announced it yet. And a tipster for Engadget has unboxed his shiny new Arcade system, reportedly to find that the disc holds demo versions of the five games. Seeing as demos can be easily downloaded at no cost from Xbox Live Arcade and would easily fit on the provided 256MB card, putting them on a disc seems like a waste of a disc, not to mention a waste of the consumer's money. It could be throwing a bone to those who can't go online, but then why name the SKU after a feature that the consumer is incapable of using? Oh, what a tangled web of confusion we weave.
Of course, this is based on a tipster's word, so there could always be room for error. 1UP has contacted Microsoft regarding the disc, but seeing as they haven't officially announced that the new SKU exists, they're unlikely to provide details on what comes inside.
