PPl alguém sabe como posso apagar as duplas entradas no menu de "open With"?

Isso é um bocadinho estranho. Por acaso não tens um backup da directoria Applications algures no disco ou num disco externo que esteja mounted? Poderá ser isso mas não garanto porque é a primeira vez que vejo esse fenómeno.

A mim aparece-me o mesmo. Também fiquei sem saber porquê.

If your "Open With" menu shows applications that are no longer installed, or shows some of them as duplicates, you can use the following Terminal command to rebuild your LaunchServices database:

/System/Library/Frameworks/ApplicationServices.framework/\Frameworks/LaunchServices.framework/Support/lsregister \-kill -r -domain local -domain system -domain userjust copy and paste into terminal and let it run

Or if you just want to shorten the Open With... then maybe this will help:

Por acaso também me acontece, e nunca cheguei a percaber porquê :P! De vez em quando, lá aparecia uma aplicação sem ser a duplicado, na lista....
