mas precisa de disso? Pensei que o filesystem do OS X fizesse prevenção contra a fragmentação. Querem ver que não é só o windows.

Com disco quase cheio não há sistemas de ficheiro que salve o dia. Acho que ajuda desfragmentar o disco do Mac OS de tempos em tempos, mas não se compara o problema que é com Windows.
