If you sign up for a new user account on the Ps3 you can have access to other downloads than on the U.S. site.
The Hong Kong site has free downloadable Ridge Racer demo . It comes with one track and a few cars. You can also purchase Tekken 5 for around $16.
To access the site follow these steps.
1. Create a new user
2. While logged in under new user, sign up for a new Playstation Network account
3. During the registration, set your country/region to Hong Kong
4. Complete the rest of the process as normal (Use a fake HK address)
