Porque é que alguns topicos têm aquele sinal de Exclamação atras?!

Há alguma maneira de fazer com que os nossos topicos nao morram sem resposta?! sem estar a postar para vir para cima!? (o que é mau)....

O sinal de exclamação que deves estar a falar é o ícone da thread, que pode ser escolhido quando crias/editas a thread (primeiro post).

Sobre a segunda questão, não há maneira de o fazer.
Ajuda bastante que o título da thread seja explicativo (nada de "Ajuda" ou "urgente!!"), e que a thread esteja escrita de uma forma limpa (português legível, texto bem construído, etc), sem abusar em imagens (smilies, nomeadamente).

Acho que não é do ícone da thread que ele está a falar mas sim da imagem que aparece quando a thread tem novos posts.
